Terms of Service
Plain-English terms for using ReppyLoop as a local service business owner.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing ReppyLoop, or using ReppyLoop on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of ReppyLoop
ReppyLoop helps local service businesses track customer return timing, send permitted follow-ups, request honest reviews, track booking and review clicks, and view estimated and confirmed follow-up value.
ReppyLoop is not a booking marketplace and does not replace the business's existing booking platform.
Eligibility and account registration
You must be authorized to use ReppyLoop for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Business-owner responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer lists uploaded into ReppyLoop.
- You are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to contact your customers.
- You are responsible for keeping business settings, booking links, review links, reply-to email, templates, and customer data accurate.
Customer data ownership
Customer contact data belongs to the business that uploads or enters it. ReppyLoop processes that data to provide the service, including follow-ups, tracking, opt-outs, imports, and reports.
Permitted use
You may use ReppyLoop to follow up with your own customers, request honest reviews from real customers, collect booking requests, and understand follow-up activity.
Prohibited use
- Do not use ReppyLoop to send spam or messages to people who did not consent or where you lack a lawful basis.
- Do not upload purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party contact lists.
- Do not use ReppyLoop for fake review requests, fake reviews, deceptive claims, harassment, illegal content, or security abuse.
Email and SMS compliance responsibilities
Businesses must only email or text customers where they have permission or another lawful basis to do so. Commercial emails should identify the business clearly and include a way to stop receiving future messages.
SMS requires Growth plan access, provider setup, a customer phone number, and customer opt-in. ReppyLoop blocks SMS when a customer is not opted in, but the business is responsible for collecting and proving consent.
Review request rules
- Review requests must ask for honest feedback from real customers based on genuine customer experiences.
- Businesses must not offer money, discounts, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
- Businesses must not request only positive reviews, suppress negative feedback, or create fake reviews.
Third-party services
ReppyLoop uses third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Twilio. ReppyLoop may also redirect customers to external booking or review platforms such as Calendly, Square, Booksy, GlossGenius, Google Business Profile, or similar services.
ReppyLoop is not responsible for how customers or businesses use external booking platforms or review platforms.
Subscription fees and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Billing is handled through Stripe. Plan details, setup fees, SMS limits, cancellations, and refund guidance are described in the Pricing & Refund Policy and Subscription Agreement.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. See the Pricing & Refund Policy for more detail.
Beta and demo disclaimer
ReppyLoop may be offered as a beta, pilot, or demo product. Features may change, and demo mode uses fake customer data and blocks real sends.
No guarantee of revenue or reviews
ReppyLoop does not guarantee bookings, revenue, repeat visits, positive reviews, review volume, or customer responses.
Estimated revenue influenced is an estimate, not recorded return value. Recorded return value depends on the business marking visits completed and entering accurate visit amounts.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
ReppyLoop owns the service, software, design, templates, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. Non-public product, pricing, customer, and operational information should be treated as confidential.
Service availability
ReppyLoop aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, and third-party service interruptions may affect access.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ReppyLoop is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent allowed by law. ReppyLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Indemnification and termination
You agree to defend and hold ReppyLoop harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful customer contact, uploaded lists, message content, review practices, or violation of these terms. ReppyLoop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk.
Governing law and contact
Governing law and venue should be completed before broad commercial launch. For questions, contact support@thereppy.com.
