Review request compliance
ReppyLoop may help businesses request reviews from real customers. Businesses must not offer money, discounts, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews. Businesses must not request only positive reviews or create fake reviews. Review requests should ask for honest feedback based on a genuine customer experience.
Email compliance
Businesses must only email customers where they have a lawful basis or permission to do so. Emails should identify the business clearly. Commercial emails should include a way to stop receiving future emails. ReppyLoop supports safe follow-up cadence and stop conditions, but ReppyLoop does not allow spam.
