ReppyLoop

Bring grooming customers back without chasing pets who are already booked.

ReppyLoop helps pet groomers turn customer history into a short, owner-approved recovery list. It can also provide a branded customer website and booking flow, so owners can collect requests, fill open time, and record the value when a visit is completed.

Repeat grooming revenue gets lost between visits.

A busy grooming team may know that customers usually return every four to eight weeks, but follow-up timing is scattered across the booking system, inboxes, notes, and memory.

  • Overdue dogs and cats are hard to identify consistently.
  • Owners worry about annoying clients who already have an appointment.
  • No-shows and cancellations leave valuable time open with little warning.
  • Generic campaigns make it difficult to explain why each customer was selected.
  • Clicks and requests are often confused with completed revenue.

Use a recovery layer instead of replacing the system you already use.

ReppyLoop starts with the customer history you can export today. It normalizes timing, contact eligibility, future appointments, pet details, and expected value so the owner can make a safer decision. A ReppyLoop-hosted website and booking page can give customers a clean place to request their next visit.

  • Preview the opportunity before importing or subscribing.
  • Keep already-booked, opted-out, do-not-contact, and unresolved customers out of actionable totals.
  • Prioritize recent booking interest, cancellations, no-shows, overdue timing, and open-slot fit.
  • Keep owner approval between a recommendation and any recovery outreach.
  • Separate recorded return value from estimated influence and unbooked opportunity.

What ReppyLoop helps owners manage

The system is built around the parts of follow-up that usually get scattered across calendars, inboxes, spreadsheets, and memory.

Branded website and booking page

Give customers a mobile-friendly page with services, photos, reviews, hours, contact details, pet intake, and request-based scheduling under the business's own branding.

Pet-aware customer history

Map customer names, pet names, breeds, services, last appointment dates, next appointments, expected values, and do-not-contact fields from a CSV export.

Already-booked protection

Future appointments and active booking requests are treated as hard exclusions when the available source data shows the customer is already scheduled.

Recover Today queue

Show a short list of explainable actions with timing, value, available channel, suppression state, and the reason each customer is being considered.

Open-time rescue

Choose an appointment opening, review service and timing fit, select a small safe audience, preview one message, and confirm before sending.

Booking and review follow-up

Track booking-link and review-link engagement while preserving the distinction between a click, a request, a confirmed booking, and a completed visit.

Completed-value reporting

Record actual grooming revenue only after a visit is marked completed, then compare recorded value with directional influence and remaining opportunity.

Built for appointment-based local businesses

ReppyLoop is not a consumer marketplace. It supports local owners who already have customer relationships and need a clearer way to keep those customers coming back.

Independent grooming salons

Keep repeat-visit timing visible without asking the owner to replace the scheduling and payment tools already used at the front desk.

Mobile groomers

Prioritize overdue clients and protect limited route capacity by reviewing a small, deliberate list rather than sending a broad blast.

Cat groomers

Keep pet names, service history, timing, and special notes available while deciding which clients are appropriate to contact.

Multi-groomer teams

Use one owner view for recovery decisions, booking requests, open appointment time, completed returns, and the data issues that need staff review.

Questions local business owners ask

Does ReppyLoop replace my grooming booking software?+

No. ReppyLoop is designed as a customer recovery and proof-of-value layer. The current workflow starts with a CSV export or customer records entered in ReppyLoop, while your existing booking or operating system can remain the source of truth.

Can I see the customer-facing website before deciding?+

Yes. The guided Watertown grooming demo linked near the top of this page walks through the website, service menu, photos, reviews, hours, and pet-booking flow. It is a fictional, non-indexed sample, and sample booking submissions are not stored or sent.

Does ReppyLoop connect natively to MoeGo, Gingr, Square, Vagaro, or another platform?+

Do not assume a native connector. ReppyLoop records the source platform and supports flexible CSV mapping. Native connectors should be built only when repeated pilot evidence shows that one source system and refresh workflow justify the investment.

Will the free audit import my customers or send messages?+

No. The Recovery Audit is preview-only. It analyzes mapped rows for diagnostics and candidate estimates without creating customer records, sending email or SMS, or starting checkout.

How does ReppyLoop avoid chasing customers who are already booked?+

It treats future appointments and active requested or confirmed bookings as exclusions when that information is present. Fresh customer data still matters, so stale or unresolved records are warned or blocked instead of being presented as certain.

Can ReppyLoop send text messages?+

Eligible SMS recovery is limited to plans and provider setups that support it, and only for customers with an appropriate opt-in record. Missing consent, opt-outs, suppressions, provider setup, and plan limits block SMS actions.

What counts as recovered revenue?+

Recorded return value is saved only after a visit is marked completed. Booking-link engagement is shown separately as estimated influence, and customers not yet booked or completed remain estimated opportunity.

Start with a preview-only audit. Review the data quality, already-booked exclusions, suppressed rows, due timing, and highest-value candidates before deciding whether a recovery workspace is worthwhile.
