Pricing & Refund Policy

Plans

• ReppyLoop Light is $49.99/month or $549.99/year plus a $199 setup fee and includes a professional ReppyLoop website, booking page, calendar, and customer intake.
• ReppyLoop Starter is $99.99/month or $1,099.99/year plus a $199 setup fee and includes customer tracking, CSV import, email follow-ups, review requests, click tracking, and monthly value reporting.
• ReppyLoop Growth is $149.99/month or $1,649.99/year plus a $199 setup fee and includes everything in Starter plus SMS follow-ups, empty-slot texts, win-back texts, opt-in/opt-out protection, and up to 1,000 SMS/month.
• Setup fees are charged through Stripe during the first subscription checkout only when setup has not already been paid or waived. Future renewals and plan changes do not add another setup fee after that.

SMS usage

Growth includes up to 1,000 SMS/month. Additional SMS usage may be billed separately if usage exceeds included limits.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly based on the selected billing interval until cancelled. Customers can cancel future billing through the billing portal when available or by contacting support@reppyloop.com.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refund policy

• Setup fees are generally non-refundable after onboarding, import, or setup work begins.
• Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• ReppyLoop may issue discretionary refunds case-by-case.
• For early pilot customers, ReppyLoop may offer custom onboarding, credits, or cancellation accommodations in writing.
